The Cyfin Reporter application is built using InstallShield which makes the installation very easy. Cyfin Reporter Professional (Asia Version) is an "exe" or executable program that you start by simply double-clicking on the program from Windows Explorer. After the installation starts, several prompts will afford opportunities to read pertinent information or change any of the default data for the installation, i.e.: 1. End-User's License Agreement 2. Installation Directory 3. Installation short-cut name All the defaults can be accepted, or they may be changed during the installation. Please reboot the system after the installation completes. |

After the system is re-booted, the Cyfin Console may be started from the Windows Start button. Start/Programs/Cyfin/Cyfin Console IE6.x or NetScape6.x access to [localhost:7999] The Cyfin Console will be started in a stand-alone window. |
| Uninstall |

# Close the Cyfin console 1. Start Windows Services from the Control Panel 2. Stop the Cyfin service 3. Start "Add/Remove Programs" from the Control Panel 4. Select Cyfin 5. Re-boot. 6. Remove any files left over in the Cyfin directory tree i.e. delete the C:/Program Files/wc folder completely. |

The Cyfin Reporter application for all UNIX platforms is a tar archive that is compressed using gzip. If your platform does not have gzip, see the requirements section. There are four (4) easy steps to installing Cyfin Reporter: 1. Place the distribution in the directory from which you want to install the product. You may wish to create a new directory named "cyfin" and place the distribution there. 2. Uncompress using the command gzip -d crpXXXPLATFORM.tar.gz where XXX is the version number and PLATFORM is the Unix flavor. 3. Extract all files using the command tar xvf crpXXXPLATFORM.tar where XXX is the version number and PLATFORM is the Unix flavor. 4. Run the installation command cfsinstall |
